My Story

From Division I athlete to two years in prison to Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’ve seen what breaks men and what builds them back up. I started this practice to help men bring depth and discipline to the lives they’re building.

The Mission

My coaching practice is built on a simple belief: men don’t need more smoke, hype, or fixing. They need reflection, challenge, and space to rise on their own terms. This is a place to reclaim purpose, integrate life’s biggest experiences, and move forward with steady, grounded strength.
